ENGRAVED.UK coasters are custom-made from your uploaded photo, logo, or text.
Custom engraving
Because each piece is personalised, returns are limited once production has started or the item has been engraved to your supplied artwork.
Artwork review
We check artwork before engraving. If something looks unsuitable for slate, we will contact you before production where possible.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or does not match what was confirmed for production, email engraveduk@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will help put it right.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once engraving has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
